Senior Payroll Specialist

We’re Hiring: Senior Payroll SpecialistLocation: El Minya, EgyptCompany: Delta Galil EgyptDelta Galil Egypt is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.Key Responsibilities:• Process monthly payroll accurately and within established timelines.• Review attendance, overtime, deductions, allowances, and benefits to ensure payroll accuracy.• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law, social insurance regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and payroll-related analyses.• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and maintain data accuracy.• Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a professional and timely manner.• Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.• Support internal and external payroll audits.• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and operational efficiency.• Assist in payroll system enhancements and process automation initiatives.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.• 3–5 years of experience in payroll administration.• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, payroll taxation, and compliance requirements.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll/HR systems.• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.• Good command of English.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to send their updated CV to:Hr.Talents@eg.deltagalil.comSubject Line: Senior Payroll Specialist
