About this Position The position is part of the Global Business Solution in Cairo (GBS+ Cairo), within the HRDirect Process specifically supporting Payroll Systems & Dayforce Functional activities. What you´ll do Own end-to-end PA to Payroll functional integrity. Design and maintain payroll system logic and Dayforce configuration. Ensure data transactions result in correct payroll outcomes. Evaluate impacts of changes on payroll and HR administration processes. Provide functional go/no-go recommendations for system changes and releases. Manage payroll data flow design and integrity. Understand how Dayforce calculates payroll results and identify issues affecting outcomes. Perform root cause analysis for payroll errors and system defects Serve as the functional bridge between Payroll Providers, HR Operations, and GBS teams. Act as an advisor for payroll-related system discussions. Support automation and process improvement initiatives with deep payroll expertise. What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant study Minimum 4 years of payroll experience with strong payroll operations and systems exposure. Experience with Dayforce (Ceridian Dayforce) configuration, implementation, support, or payroll operations. Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll calculations, and payroll data structures. Experience analyzing payroll issues and conducting root cause investigations. Experience working with HR and Payroll integrations. Payroll system configuration. Root cause analysis and problem-solving. Functional design and impact assessment.
