We are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our HR teamThe role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, handling complex payroll cases, and supporting payroll operations in compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role also provides technical support and guidance to payroll staffJob Responsibilities:Prepare and process monthly payroll in an accurate and timely manner.Verify attendance, overtime, leaves, bonuses, deductions, and other payroll variables.Handle payroll discrepancies and resolve employee payroll inquiries efficiently.Ensure payroll compliance with labor law, tax regulations, and company policies.Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and salary analysis when required.Maintain accurate payroll records and employee payroll documentation.Coordinate with Finance for salary transfers and payroll accounting requirements.Support social insurance and medical insurance administration processes.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, HR, or related field. 2–3 years of payroll experience.Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency.Strong attention to detail and organizational skill.
