Senior Planning Engineer

The main purpose of the job:Supervise project schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, and reporting project progress status to ensure project successful completion.Job responsibility:Responsible for developing baseline schedules, monitoring project progress, coordinating with subcontractors and disciplines, and providing delay analysis and claims support. The role supervises junior planners and ensures the technical accuracy of all planning outputs, contributing significantly to project time control and successful execution.Develop and manage project schedules (baseline & updates)Supervise progress monitoring, reporting, and presentationsCoordinate schedule interfaces with disciplines and subcontractorsPerform delay analysis and support claims resolutionSupport resource loading, leveling, cash flow, and invoicingMentor junior planners and support internal training effortsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and social responsibilityJob Requirements:BSc.
