The role supports project management by providing accurate planning, progress tracking, delay analysis, and reporting to enable timely decision-making.QualificationsPlanning & SchedulingPrepare baseline schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project in coordination with project teams.Develop detailed work breakdown structures, activity sequences, milestones, and critical paths.Prepare short-term and long-term plans, including weekly, monthly, and look-ahead schedules.Update project schedules regularly based on actual site progress.Progress Monitoring & ReportingMonitor project performance against approved baseline and planned targets.Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports showing actual progress, delays, risks, and recovery actions.Track productivity rates, manpower, equipment, and major project deliverables.Highlight deviations from plan and recommend corrective actions.Delay & Risk AnalysisIdentify potential delays and assess their impact on project completion dates.Prepare delay analysis, time impact assessments, and extension of time support documents when required.Coordinate with project teams to develop recovery and acceleration plans.Maintain proper records of delays, approvals, constraints, and site instructions.CoordinationCoordinate with project managers, site engineers, technical office, procurement, cost control, and subcontractors.Follow up on material delivery, drawings, approvals, and subcontractor schedules.Attend planning and progress meetings with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.Ensure alignment between site execution, approved drawings, procurement status, and project timeline.Documentation & ControlMaintain updated planning records, dashboards, reports, and schedule revisions.Ensure proper documentation of project progress, constraints, and corrective actions.Support claims, variation orders, and management reports with accurate planning data.Review subcontractor schedules and ensure their compliance with the master plan.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil, Architecture Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.7–10 years of experience in planning, scheduling, and project control.Strong experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, or large-scale development projects.Excellent knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Excel.Good understanding of construction sequencing, site operations, and project management processes.
