Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales position located at our office in Sheraton. The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for driving sales growth through identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Day-to-day tasks include executing sales strategies, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs, preparing sales proposals, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market trends. Collaboration with internal teams to meet targets and deliver exceptional client service is also an integral part of this role. QualificationsProven sales experience in real estate, with a strong ability to meet and exceed targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship buildingStrong knowledge of sales strategies, market trends, and customer relationship managementProficiency in developing tailored sales proposals and business development plansSelf-motivated individual with the ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredProficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantagePrevious experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable
