This a full time role at Saudi Arabia, JeddahThe Senior Planning Engineer will drive end-to-end planning strategy, ensuring full alignment between project execution, timelines, and commercial objectives. This role acts as a key interface between project management, engineering, and commercial teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development, validation, and optimization of baseline and detailed project schedulesOversee progress measurement, critical path analysis, and schedule performanceDrive recovery plans and proactively manage delays and risksLead extension of time (EOT) submissions, claims support, and forensic delay analysisIntegrate cost and resource planning into project schedulesManage reporting frameworks, dashboards, and executive-level presentationsMentor and guide planning engineers across multiple projectsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline8–15 years of experience in planning and project controls within the construction industryAdvanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatoryStrong expertise in delay analysis techniques (EOT, claims, and risk evaluation)Proven experience handling large-scale or complex projects (EPC / Design & Build)Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills
