This position is based in Adrar, Algeria.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, review, and maintain detailed project programmes using Primavera P6 or similar planning software.Prepare baseline schedules, progress updates, look-ahead programmes, and recovery schedules.Monitor project progress against approved baselines and identify delays, risks, and areas of concern.Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management, clients, and stakeholders.Lead planning meetings and coordinate with project managers, engineers, commercial teams, and subcontractors.Review contractor and subcontractor schedules and provide comments or recommendations.Support delay analysis, extension of time claims, and contractual planning submissions.Identify critical paths, project milestones, and key deliverables.Prepare progress dashboards, S-curves, manpower histograms, and resource-loaded schedules.Ensure planning procedures and reporting standards are followed across the project.Provide guidance and support to junior planners and planning engineers.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum 10–15 years of planning experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or large-scale projects.Strong experience using Primavera P6 and MS Project, Power BIGood knowledge of project controls, delay analysis, EOT claims, and contract requirements.Strong communication, reporting, leadership, and coordination skills.Experience working with consultants, contractors, and client representatives.Preferred QualificationsPMP, PSP, PMI-SP, or similar certification is an advantage.
