Description and Requirements Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Portfolio Business Analyst & Quality to support the enhancement of sales quality standards and portfolio management. This role focuses on improving persistency levels, ensuring compliance with sales practices, and driving corrective actions to maintain high-quality sales performance. Key Responsibilities Drive initiatives to improve persistency and sales quality across channelsMonitor and achieve defined persistency benchmarksEnhance portfolio management through a more proactive and analytical approachStrengthen and improve sales quality processes and controlsLead and enhance the effectiveness of quality calls and governance routines Key Accountabilities 1. Persistency ManagementPrepare and share insufficient business reports with banca sales teams to support collection completionProvide ongoing support to Banca and Agency sales teamsConduct advanced analysis to identify improper sales behavior and recommend corrective actions2.
