Senior Power Automate / Automation Specialist

About the RolePCCIT is seeking one (1) Senior Power Automate / Automation Specialist to be deployed on-site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, as part of a 12-month Business Continuity managed services engagement. The successful candidate will design and implement AI-driven automation workflows, Cloud Flows, and RPA (PAD) solutions to reduce manual effort, accelerate reporting cycles, and improve operational efficiency across the client's business units. This role requires deep expertise in Power Platform governance, Copilot Studio, and enterprise-grade cross-tenant security.Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, and deploy Power Automate Cloud Flows, Instant Flows, and Scheduled Flows to automate business processes across the organization• Build and configure Power Automate Desktop (PAD) / RPA solutions for legacy system integration and bulk data processing tasks• Integrate AI capabilities using Copilot Studio, GPT connectors, and Azure AI services to drive intelligent automation• Automate reporting cycles, data validation pipelines, and notification workflows in coordination with the Power BI team• Develop and maintain integrations with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook), Dataverse, Azure, and third-party APIs• Implement and enforce Power Platform governance policies including DLP, connector policies, environment management, and CoE setup• Ensure all automation solutions comply with client Data Governance standards, PDPL, NDMO/SDAIA, and internal cybersecurity policies• Handle ad-hoc automation requests within defined SLA timelines (up to 30 requests/month)• Produce and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation for all workflows within 3 business days of deployment• Conduct monthly knowledge transfer sessions for client staff and contribute to the end-of-contract handover package• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Power Automate flows to ensure reliability and performance• Apply cross-tenant security controls and ensure automation solutions meet AES-256 / PII data protection requirements where applicableRequired Qualifications & Experience• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Instant, Scheduled, Business Process Flows)• Proven experience building PAD/RPA solutions for legacy or desktop application automation• Demonstrated expertise in AI-driven automation using Copilot Studio, GPT connectors, and Azure AI/ML services• Deep understanding of Power Platform governance: CoE Toolkit, DLP policies, environment management, ALM pipelines• Experience implementing complex Microsoft 365 ecosystem automation (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Outlook)• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Microsoft Graph API, and REST/JSON-based API integrations• Experience in regulated industries (government, banking, aviation, insurance) with strict data governance requirements is essential• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform using Azure DevOps• Excellent documentation and knowledge transfer skills• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage• Valid Iqama (Saudi Arabia residency) is mandatoryPreferred Certifications• Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400) • Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) • Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) • Microsoft Azure AI Engineer (AI-102) or Azure Developer (AZ-204) • Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect or equivalent security certification Technical Skills1.Automation & AIPower Automate Cloud & PADRPA / Desktop FlowsCopilot Studio / AI BuilderGPT / Azure OpenAI Connectors2.Integration & DevDataverse / SharePoint / TeamsMicrosoft Graph API / RESTAzure DevOps (CI/CD)Power Apps / Dynamics 3653.Governance & SecurityPower Platform CoE / DLPCross-Tenant SecurityPDPL / NDMO / SDAIAAES-256 / PII ProtectionWhat We Offer• Competitive monthly rate in Saudi Riyals (SAR), inclusive of hardware and Microsoft licenses• Exposure to a mission-critical government aviation environment in Jeddah, KSA• Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and automation projects with real-world impact• Professional development and certification support through PCCIT• Collaborative, multicultural team environment across KSA, UAE, and Egypt• Health Insurance.
