Senior Process Engineer

ISS International SpA is looking for a Senior Process Engineer in New Cairo for Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas Upstream projects.Mission: the resource shall act as a Senior Engineer within the Process discipline on projects, both performing advanced design work and leading activities for assigned scopes. This includes managing resources, coordinating process engineering activities, reviewing deliverables, and providing technical leadership.Main ResponsibilitiesPreparation, review, and approval of process engineering deliverables (e.g. PFDs, P&IDs, Heat & Material Balances, Process Datasheets, Line Lists, Cause & Effect diagrams).Perform and validate complex process simulations and engineering calculations.Ensure technical integrity and consistency of process design across all project phases.Participate in and lead engineering workshops and design reviews (e.g. HAZID, HAZOP, Model Reviews, SIL support).Ensure compliance with company standards, international codes, and project specifications.Interface with other engineering disciplines to ensure alignment and consistency of design.Manage and review contractor and vendor deliverables related to process engineering.Support construction, commissioning, and operations teams in resolving process-related issues.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Chemical EngineeringMinimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas IndustryAdvanced proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g. Aspen HYSYS, UniSim, PipeSim).Advanced Process SimulationProcess Safety (HAZOP, HAZID, SIL)Experience across full project lifecycle (concept, FEED, EPC, commissioning, startup).Some Details Of The PositionJob Location: New Cairo, EgyptEstimated Beginning: July 2026Duration: one year, renewableRotation: ResidentWorking Schedule: 8 hours per day / 5 days per week
