Responsibilities:- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, service, and delivery capabilities.- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.- Process purchase orders accurately and maintain up-to-date procurement records.- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.- Ensure all procurement activities comply with Egyptian regulations and company policies.- Collaborate with internal departments to understand and fulfill procurement needs.- Manage and maintain positive supplier relationships, and resolve any issues related to pricing, quality, or delivery.- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and assist in forecasting future purchasing requirements.- Handle import procedures and oversee customs clearance when required.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.- 5-7 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar role.- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).- Experience using ERP systems and procurement software, Oracle Fusion is a PLUS- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
