Job Responsibilities & DutiesCoordinate and manage communication between our Marketing Department and all other departments to ensure smooth workflow and alignment.Act as a key point of contact between Marketing team and external stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.Prepare professional creative presentations, reports, meeting materials, and marketing documents with high attention to detail.Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.Follow up on project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and cross-functional requirements to ensure timely execution.Maintaining the company’s brand image and ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.Support social media coordination by monitoring content plans, campaign timelines, and communication with digital teams.Assist in handling marketing budgets, purchase requests, invoices, and basic financial coordination related to marketing operations. Support the department with administrative and operational tasks whenever required.
