Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sourcing & ProcurementManage end-to-end sourcing activities for assigned indirect spend categories.Conduct market analysis, supplier benchmarking, and spend analysis.Lead RFQs, RFPs, and sourcing events through procurement systems.Evaluate commercial proposals and support technical evaluations with stakeholders.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, service levels, and contractual conditions.Develop and execute category sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.Supplier ManagementDevelop and maintain relationships with key suppliersMonitor supplier performance through KPIs and scorecardsSupport supplier development and continuous improvement initiativesIdentify and mitigate supply and operational risksDrive supplier consolidation and portfolio optimization initiatives where applicableContract ManagementPrepare, review, and manage procurement contracts in coordination with legal and stakeholderEnsure contract compliance and timely renewalMonitor supplier obligations and service level agreements (SLAsMaintain an updated contract database and renewal trackerStakeholder ManagementPartner with internal departments to understand business requirementChallenge specifications and demand where appropriate to optimize cost and valueProvide procurement guidance and support to business functions.Coordinate closely with plant teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted operationsCost Optimization & Value CreationDeliver annual savings and cost avoidance targets.Identify opportunities for standardization, consolidation, and process improvements.Support inflation mitigation and long-term value creation initiatives.Generate value through demand management, specification optimization, and supplier negotiations.Governance & ComplianceEnsure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and approval authorities.Maintain proper sourcing documentation and audit readiness.Support procurement reporting and performance tracking.Ensure compliance with company procurement SOPs and governance requirements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.Experience2-4 years of procurement experience.FMCG or manufacturing industry experience preferred.Experience in sourcing, negotiations, contract management, and supplier relationship management.Experience handling indirect procurement categories is preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong negotiation and influencing skills.Strategic sourcing and category management knowledge.Data analysis and spend management.Contract management.Stakeholder management.Problem-solving and decision-making.Advanced Excel and ERP/Procurement systems experience (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, etc.).Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
