This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to support operational and strategic business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order managementDevelop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost, quality, and deliveryNegotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and service-level agreements with suppliersManage supplier relationships and performance, including evaluations and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulationsAnalyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and risk factors to support procurement decisionsCollaborate with finance, operations, legal, and other stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needsIdentify cost-saving opportunities and drive value through process improvementsResolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or pricingPrepare procurement reports, forecasts, and spend analyses for managementRequired QualificationsBachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain managementStrong negotiation and contract management skillsExperience managing supplier relationships and performanceProficiency with ERP systems and procurement toolsStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
