For the newly established Bonna Premium Porcelain factory in Egypt, we are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Logistics Specialist to join our growing operations team in Alexandria.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing logistics, customs clearance, transportation, warehouse coordination, and import/export operations while ensuring compliance with Egyptian regulations and operational efficiency.Key QualificationsExperience: 5–10 years of experience in logistics, shipping operations, warehouse operations, or supply chain managementEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldMaster’s degree is considered an advantageIndustry Experience Preferred: Ceramics, FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, or related industriesTechnical Knowledge & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of Egyptian customs regulations and clearance proceduresHands-on experience with Egyptian government customs systems such as Nafeza and MTS (mandatory)Proven experience in import and export regulations in EgyptInventory and warehouse management expertiseTransportation and distribution coordination experienceERP systems knowledge (SAP or similar ERP systems preferred)Advanced Excel and reporting skillsStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage logistics operations effectively under pressureKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and oversee daily logistics and supply chain operationsManage import/export shipments and customs clearance processesEnsure compliance with Egyptian customs laws and regulationsMonitor warehouse inventory accuracy and operational efficiencyCoordinate transportation and distribution activities with internal and external stakeholdersPrepare operational reports and analyze logistics performanceWork closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth operationsIdentify and implement process improvements to optimize logistics performance and reduce costsSkills & AttributesStrong analytical and organizational skillsDetail-oriented with a proactive mindsetAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with strong stakeholder management skillsHigh level of accountability and operational ownership
