Join a team of specialists that provide program analysis, process improvement, and metrics for Honeywell. You will partner with an Integrated program team to develop program plans and create cost and schedule baselines. You will prepare and publish metrics and reports. You will analyze variances and review compliance to corporate guidelines across multiple teams. Your findings will drive decisions to improve the program performance impacting one or more site locations. Analyze the unbilled, receivable, and payable balances on assigned projects.Analyze cost and schedule variance versus baseline. Identify root cause and recommend corrective actionsPrepare and publish metrics and financial reportsSupport/Drive Project Forecasting, Project Reviews, Monthly Progress Reporting to Internal/External CustomersApply EVM (Earned Value Management) techniques to Project/Program, S CurvesAssist with Change, Risk and Lead EAC Management on assigned projects/programsEnsure effective communication and partner with the Project Team (internal/external) to build relationshipsMonitor and Report Compliance as per GPMO requirements/Management Operating System (MOS). Works with Business Management (Program Managers, Directors, and Finance management) to report financial performance.Ensure compliance with relevant SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) controlsLead or support internal improvement processes or special assigned initiativesCoach and mentor Project Analysts with less Experience to improve their skills and capabilitiesQualifications:You Must Have:7+ years’ experience in Project Controls. We Value:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting Strong Communication and Interpersonal skillsStrong Leadership, Negotiation, and Organizational skillsWorking knowledge with project management processes (i.e., cost, EVM (Earned Value Management), schedule, baseline development, assigning time phased resources and budgets to work scope, performance measurements, etc.)Experience with external customer interfacing Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience User experience of ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsiga)Proficient Microsoft Office package skills e.g., Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint etc. Expert level experience in financial data compilation, analysis, and metrics managementProject Management, Project Schedule Professional (PMI-SP), or Cost Engineering CertificationStrong Experience with Cost Control, Scheduling (Waterfall/Agile/Lean/Scrum), Time Management, and Contract ManagementAble to be flexible and think outside the boxBi/Multi-lingualSBU Specific:Experience in EcoSys, Cora, or other PMIS (Project Management Information System)Experience in MS Project and/or Primavera P6.Cost Reporting Generation: CPR, IPMR, IPMDAR, CFSRExternal Integrated Master Schedule Reporting: Microsoft Project, SSI ToolProposal Experience: Generating Basis of Estimate
