Senior Project Management Engineer

The Senior Project Management Engineer is responsible for supporting the successful planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects from initiation to completion. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including project management, planning, procurement, factory production, manufacturing, and field engineers, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in accordance with technical specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will oversee project schedules, coordinate manufacturing activities, monitor project progress, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and proactively resolve operational challenges to ensure the successful delivery of projects.RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of engineering projects to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.Coordinate with factory and manufacturing teams to ensure production activities align with project requirements, priorities, and delivery schedules.Work closely with the planning team to develop, monitor, and update project schedules, milestones, and resource plans.Monitor project progress, identify schedule deviations, potential risks, and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.Collaborate with procurement, planning, manufacturing, and site teams to ensure the timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources.Maintain effective communication between project management, manufacturing departments, industrial operations, and field teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and execution plans.Conduct regular factory visits and industrial site follow-ups to monitor production status, verify project progress, and resolve operational or technical issues.Ensure project execution complies with contractual requirements, technical specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.Prepare project reports, dashboards, progress updates, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management and stakeholders.Support Project Managers in project planning, risk management, issue resolution, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across all project phases.Monitor project documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure all project-related documentation is updated and properly controlled.Identify opportunities to improve project execution processes, manufacturing coordination, and operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, environmental (HSE) requirements, and industry standards throughout project execution.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Engineering.4–6 years of experience in project management, project coordination, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or EPC projects.Strong knowledge of project management principles, scheduling, manufacturing processes, and industrial operations.Experience coordinating with planning, procurement, manufacturing, factory production, and field engineering teams.Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent project scheduling software.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.BENEFITSSocial, Life and Medical Insurance.Transportation is provided.
