Senior Security Systems

We are seeking a skilled Security Systems Engineer to manage the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of security systems across company projects and facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering reliable and cost-effective security solutions, including CCTV systems, access control systems, fingerprint devices, and security gates, while ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards.RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze security systems requirements and conduct site surveys to determine project needs.Prepare technical designs, BOQs, and cost estimates for CCTV, access control, and security systems.Coordinate with stakeholders, procurement teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.Perform preventive maintenance and provide technical support for installed systems.Lead and support technical teams while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.Provide technical guidance, training, and continuous improvement recommendations for security systems and processes.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant higher qualification.5–7 years of experience in hands-on experience in security systems (CCTV, access control, biometric/fingerprint devices, security gates, and related low-current systems).Proven experience working in construction / contracting projects.Demonstrated experience in designing, installing, and maintaining medium to large-scale security systems Experience in managing small technical teams (technicians / specialists) in the field is preferred.Familiarity with procurement coordination and project handover processesEnglish Language: Very GoodBENEFITSCompetitive SalaryAnnual BounceTransportation provided
