You will be the operational anchor of a high-stakes transformation programme inside a major UAE bank. Your job is to make sure nothing slips — across timelines, stakeholders, and workstreams — while staying sharp when priorities shift and people push back.This is not a coordination role. You will manage upwards and across into difficult, senior client stakeholders from both the business and IT side.
