Team members join a growing organization that is shaping Egypt’s North Coast as a leading regional destination for seasonal living and tourism.Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves advising prospective buyers on suitable properties, presenting and promoting G Developments’ projects, and guiding clients through the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. The Senior Property Consultant will conduct property tours, handle customer inquiries in person, by phone, and online, and maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and transactions in the CRM system. The role includes preparing and delivering professional sales presentations, negotiating terms within company guidelines, and coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, finance, and legal to ensure a smooth purchasing process. The Senior Property Consultant is also expected to stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and project updates to effectively represent the company’s portfolio.QualificationsStrong Sales and Real Estate skills, with a proven track record in property or high-value sales.Excellent Consulting and Communication abilities, including clear presentation, negotiation, and active listening skills.Demonstrated Customer Service skills with a client-centric approach and the ability to build long-term relationships.Knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market, especially coastal and holiday home developments, is highly advantageous.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Comfortable working on-site with flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed to meet client schedules.Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.Fluency in English and Arabic preferred; additional languages are a plus.
