This position is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, including identifying prospective clients, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on suitable residential and commercial options. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing property presentations, negotiating offers, and supporting clients through contracts and closing processes. The Senior Property Consultant will maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting. The role also involves actively expanding the client network through referrals, events, and other business development activities while upholding high standards of professionalism and customer service.Qualifications Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable property solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, presentation, and negotiation abilities.Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on building trust, handling inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly.Demonstrated sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.Solid understanding of the real estate market, preferably in Egypt, including property valuation, legal processes, and local regulations.Relevant experience in a senior real estate or property consulting role, ideally within a brokerage or developer environment.Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage multiple clients and listings, and maintain organized records and reports.Proficiency with CRM systems, digital listing platforms, and basic office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage, along with a professional, ethical, and client-focused mindset.
