Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Property Consultant, located in New Cairo. The role involves advising clients on real estate opportunities, conducting market research, managing property viewings, and negotiating sales agreements. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them make informed real estate decisions. QualificationsStrong expertise in Consulting and Real Estate with a proven understanding of market trends and property valuationExceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and colleaguesProficient Sales skills, including negotiation and ability to close deals successfullyDemonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationshipsBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferredProficient in using CRM software and basic computer applicationsFluency in English; fluency in Arabic is a plusAbility to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
