Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant, based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, providing expert advice on real estate opportunities, conducting property market analyses, and facilitating property sales and acquisitions. The role also includes delivering exceptional customer service to clients, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets while staying informed about market trends and developments. Qualifications Proven experience in Real Estate and Property Consulting.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.Skilled in Sales strategies, market analysis, and negotiation to close deals successfully.Ability to provide expert consultation and personalized advice for diverse client needs.Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.Familiarity with the local real estate market in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid is highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
