The person in this role will manage the full sales cycle for residential and/or commercial properties, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property tours, and closing deals. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on suitable properties, explaining project features and payment plans, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The Senior Property Consultant will respond promptly to client inquiries, provide ongoing after-sales support, and build long-term relationships with buyers and investors. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and development teams to align client feedback with project positioning, staying informed about market trends, and actively participating in events, exhibitions, and site visits to drive sales performance.Qualifications Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored property recommendations.Excellent communication and presentation skills, including clear verbal and written communication in a professional setting.Proven customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, follow-up, and building long-term client relationships.Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in high-value or consultative selling environments, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Knowledge of the real estate market, preferably in Cairo or the wider region, including pricing, market trends, and regulatory considerations.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to manage leads, reports, and presentations.Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and attention to detail in documentation and contracts.Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred; additional languages are an advantage.
