The specialist will drive Stampire's growth by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with business partners across the travel, tourism, and hospitality sectors. Drawing on a strong background in travel and tourism, you will communicate the Stampire concept with clarity and confidence, build lasting relationships with partners and stakeholders, and represent the brand at events and high-level meetings. The role blends persuasive communication with a sales-driven mindset focused on turning conversations into signed partnerships.What You'll Do1. Close partnership deals — Identify, engage, and close deals with business partners across travel, tourism, and hospitality.2. Lead partner conversations — Communicate the Stampire concept clearly and persuasively to VIP guests and potential partners.3. Demo the experience — Deliver a smooth, compelling walkthrough of the app experience and stamp system.4. Negotiate and win — Present value and collaboration benefits, handle objections, and guide partners from first interest to signed agreement.5. Represent Stampire — Represent the brand professionally at events, exhibitions, and high-level meetings.6. Build lasting relationships — Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders.7. Deliver a premium experience — Provide a premium, white-glove experience for VIP guests and high-level visitors.8. Stay on-message — Maintain consistent brand messaging aligned with Stampire's vision and identity.9. Coordinate internally — Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and smooth partner onboarding.What You'll BringMust-have- Travel & tourism experience — Proven, hands-on experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.- Sales & deal-closing record — Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or partnerships, with a clear track record of closing deals.- Negotiation skills — Confident at handling objections and steering conversations toward signed agreements.- Exceptional communication — Outstanding verbal and written communication for building trust with partners and stakeholders.- Public speaking & presence — A confident public speaker with a polished, professional presence.- Fast-paced execution — Able to manage and prioritize multiple partnership pipelines at once.Nice to have- Familiarity with the intersection of technology, travel, and culture.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
