Senior QC Engineer - Recruitera

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the highest standards of product quality across our applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing, implementing, and executing test strategies while mentoring junior testers and collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and designers. Experience with no-code testing and automation tools is highly valued, as our platform integrates both traditional and no-code solutions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated scripts. Perform manual, functional, regression, performance, and exploratory testing across web and mobile applications. Ensure product quality by identifying, documenting, and tracking defects through resolution. Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria. Build and maintain automated test frameworks to improve testing efficiency. Implement testing strategies within CI/CD pipelines to support agile delivery. Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for testing and documentation. Evaluate and recommend QA automation tools to streamline processes. Drive continuous improvements in QA processes and methodologies.
