We believe in creating an inclusive, collaborative environment where talented individuals are empowered to innovate, grow, and make a meaningful impact.What You'll DoDefine and drive quality strategy across the entire product development lifecycle.Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to embed quality into every stage of development.Leverage AI-powered testing tools to accelerate test design, automation, and defect analysis while ensuring comprehensive test coverage.Design, review, and maintain automated and manual test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.Plan and execute functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing.Validate AI-generated test cases, automation scripts, and testing outcomes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and coverage.Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution, working closely with engineering teams.Continuously improve test automation frameworks, quality processes, and release readiness.Analyze product quality metrics and provide actionable insights to improve product reliability and user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure timely, high-quality feature delivery.Mentor QA team members and promote engineering excellence, quality best practices, and AI-driven testing methodologies.Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools, testing frameworks, and industry best practices to improve team productivity and software quality.Produce and maintain clear test documentation, quality standards, and testing procedures.Take ownership of product quality from feature planning through production release and post-release validation.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.4-8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering.Experience working in an AI-assisted testing environment using modern AI-powered QA and automation tools.Strong ability to review, validate, and refine AI-generated test cases, automation scripts, and test results.Experience designing and executing manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications (iOS and Android).Solid understanding of functional, regression, integration, performance, and API testing.Experience with SQL Server (MS SQL) for data validation and backend testing.Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or equivalent tools is an advantage.Familiarity with REST APIs and API testing tools (e.g., Postman or equivalent).Proficiency with Git, GitHub, Jira, and Agile development methodologies.Basic knowledge of .NET applications and software development practices is a plus.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.Passion for leveraging AI to improve testing efficiency, product quality, and engineering productivity.Working Model: 3 days in office, 2 days remoteLocation: Nasr CitySo, what does it really mean to work at First.Tech?We are building a company where people are empowered to do their best work and grow.
