Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Quality Control Engineer role based in El Qenater El Khayeria. The role involves overseeing and ensuring compliance with quality standards at all production stages, performing quality control inspections, and implementing quality assurance practices. Responsibilities include evaluating operational processes, conducting quality audits, addressing non-compliance issues, and working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain superior quality standards on all assigned projects. Qualifications Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance methodologies and toolsStrong Analytical Skills and ability to solve complex quality-related challengesSolid understanding of Quality Management principles and practicesExcellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and report findings effectivelyProven ability to implement and drive quality improvement plansRelevant certifications in Quality Management Systems are advantageousBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field5+ years of experience in a quality control or assurance role in construction or a related industry
