Senior Quality Control Engineer - Fine finishing - Construction

Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) and coordinate with consultants for approvals.Monitor construction activities ( architectural, finishing) for quality control.Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) and coordinate with consultants for approvals.Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all quality-related activities.Review method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings from a quality perspective.Assure full compliance of the executed works against the project specifications, approved shop drawings, and quality control standard procedures.Attend meetings with the consultant to resolve any pending technical issues.Ensure full documentation for workplace inspections and close open Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) either internal or issued by the consultant as required.Coordinate with the client's inspection team for final & approved inspections.Prepare Daily QC Inspection Report and submit it.Inspect the site works as stated in the Daily Inspection Request.Check and ensure that all activities on site are carried in accordance with the project specifications and the currently approved shop drawing. Bachelor degree in Engineering - preferably ArchitectureProven experience over 4+years  in high-end residential projects - finishes & fit outCommunication skills(reports-emails-presentations –meetings)Leadership skillsPlanning, organization and detail orientationNegotiating/Influencing SkillsProblem solving skills
