* Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.* Prepare accurate cost estimates for Architectural.* Perform quantity take-offs and validate project quantities from drawings and specifications.* Develop detailed pricing sheets, cost breakdowns, and tender summaries.* Analyze project scope, identify risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities.* Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.* Prepare comprehensive commercial and technical proposals in line with client requirements. *Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering, * +3 years of proven experience in tendering and estimation within the Egyptian construction and fit-out market.* Previous experience with reputable fit-out, design & build, or general contracting companies.* Strong knowledge of Architectural Finishes, Interior Fit-Out, and Construction Methodologies.* Excellent understanding of local material prices, subcontractor markets, and construction costs in Egypt.* Ability to independently price projects from concept stage through detailed tender stage.* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and quantity take-off software.* Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
