Senior Recruitment Specialist

Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar and operational positions.Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies, job fairs, and field recruitment campaigns.Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring activities with hiring managers.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified blue-collar candidates.Ensure recruitment targets and hiring deadlines are achieved.Coordinate employment offers, documentation, onboarding, and mobilization processes.Maintain accurate recruitment reports and candidate databases.Develop recruitment strategies to improve hiring efficiency and reduce time-to-fill.Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations throughout the recruitment process. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4–7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years specializing in blue-collar recruitment.Proven experience in mass hiring for industries such as facilities management, construction, manufacturing, logistics, security, or hospitality.Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
