Job PurposeTo Promote and sell various liability products offered by the bank, aiming to attract low cost deposits from diverse customer segments, and sources current and savings accounts. Promote the payment / collection solutions as deemed suitable to the clients’ business model.Approach new customers through existing leads, referrals, cold calling etc. and maximizing lead generation. Achieves assigned monthly target.Expand the trade business with non-borrowing clients. Offering comprehensive cash management solutions to clients including collections / payment solutions.Key Result AreasTo provide Mashreq Bank customer’s financial services which meet customer’s expectations by delivering an unbiased, competent, timely and problem free service.Ensure achievement of set liabilities targets on an ongoing basis.Enhancing relationship revenue from existing portfolio accounts by cross-selling and up-selling products. Attend Monthly/weekly daily sales meetings with ASM and commit to sales targets.Ensure customer satisfaction to sell more effectively and expand business accounts & liabilities market share.
