Job Purpose:- To achieve monthly targets assigned.- To ensure that all Retention activities are directed at meeting assigned targets.- To develop and implement Retention strategies and objectives as well as set challenging Retention target and ensure that these targets are achieved.- To achieve service standards and monitor, evaluate and measure performances to achieve top productivity and efficiency from systems as well as the product campaigns.- To drive cross sell effort.Key Result Areas:- Analysis of leads received.- Conversion of leads into Retain- Updating all the systems as per the call with the customer.- Processing of the request or offer given to the customer.- Constant follow up with the department concerned whether the process is delayed or not fulfilled as per the customer’s request.- Handling of all customer issues and resolving the same at the earliest and highlight them to TL.- Maintaining all records of approval, requests and reports handled.- Compilation of daily and monthly reports and MIS for the team.Knowledge, Skills and Experience:- University Graduate.- 1-2 years’ experience in similar work environment.- Preferably has a practical marketing background.- Have strong Sales and customer focus and ability to think creatively and work under pressure.- Excellent presentation skills.- Good team player with driven attitude.- Business sensitive.- Have analytical and computer skills.- Adaptable and versatile.
