Established in 2008, Geidea epitomizes customer focused empowerment and commercial success through continuous innovation.Geidea makes best in class digital payment solutions available for all by attracting and leveraging the best creative & entrepreneurial talent in the marketOur solutions give any business the chance to get ahead and reach for more no matter their size or maturity.Our technology mirrors our people - Smart, Innovative & Forward Thinkingwww.geidea.netTo maintain a competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a new " Senior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer".Job purpose: Responsible for identifying automation opportunities and automating processes that require manual work through RPA to resolve bottlenecks through the customer journey and achieve efficiency.Key Responsibilities: Explore and discover automation opportunities across the businessPartner with process owners to measure and define the validity of automating different processesGo through the RPA life cycle through the below steps:Assess the current scenario, in terms of productivity, number of employees, cost saving, etc… and in terms of technical feasibility to ensure automation is doable.Present forecasted savings and the new process after improvementDevelop robotics process automation, whether through developing new processes from scratch or optimizing existing onesCarry out User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and get the sign offsLead the measuring phase (hyper care period)Provide guidance and training when necessary, with full transparency on the projects directions and requirements needed from each owner.Validate change requests submitted by process owners and apply valid changesKeep records of potential savings for analysis purposes Study and investigate RPA processes production issues, and fix them to ensure stable and smooth robot operationsAnalyze and report any RPA infrastructure problems or requirements impacting in progress development projects, and work on resolving them with IT, Network, and Cybersecurity departments.Support and lead the development of special projects to build company apps and systems for key RPA and CI related objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree at any discipline.3-5 Years of experience.UI Path Developers certification is a mustOur values guide how we think and act - They describe what we care about the mostCustomer first - It’s embedded in our design thinking and customer service approachOpen - Openness allows us to constantly improve and evolveReal - No jargon and no excuses!Bold - Constantly challenging ourselves and our way of thinking.Resilient – If we fail, we bounce back stronger than before.Collaborative - We know that we can achieve a lot more as a team.We are changing lives by constantly striving for a better solution.
