This role includes leading sales consultations, identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions across digital marketing, software, and automation services, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The Senior Sales Consultant will conduct in-person meetings and presentations, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth handoff to delivery teams. Daily responsibilities also involve monitoring client satisfaction, responding to inquiries, providing post-sales support, and collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings and improve sales processes.
