The Senior Sales Consultant will lead the end-to-end sales process for residential and commercial properties, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting site visits, and closing deals. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored property recommendations. The role involves preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating terms and pricing within company guidelines, and ensuring a smooth handover from sale to post-sales support. The Senior Sales Consultant will collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales activities with project timelines, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to management.QualificationsProven experience in real estate sales or property consulting, preferably in both residential and commercial segments.Strong client relationship management and consultative selling abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.Solid understanding of real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis.Comfort with using CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) to track leads and sales activities.High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centric mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to work on-site in North Sinai, conduct regular client meetings and property tours, and adapt to a dynamic, target-driven environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior sales team members is an advantage.
