This role is responsible for driving sales of carpet products and solutions by combining technical knowledge with strong customer-focused selling. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their technical and design requirements, preparing proposals, and presenting tailored solutions. The Senior Sales Engineer collaborates closely with production and technical teams to ensure accurate specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules. Additional responsibilities include providing post-sale technical support, maintaining long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to sales forecasts and reporting.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and resolve technical issues.Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, manage expectations, and support clients professionally.Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to negotiate, close deals, and achieve or exceed sales targets.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in industrial products, textiles, flooring, or a related manufacturing environment is an advantage.Ability to interpret technical drawings or specifications and translate them into customer-friendly solutions.Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work on-site in El Sadat City and travel to customer locations as needed.
