The role involves managing client relationships, providing technical and sales support, preparing proposals, and driving the sales process from prospecting to closing. The Senior Sales Engineer is also expected to evaluate customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and maintain knowledge of the latest trends and products in steel structures.What You’ll DoExpand the Horizon: Identify and close deals in new sectors including FMCG, chemical, water treatment, power plants, and general construction.Client Relationship Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and cold calling to closing deals and providing after-sales support.Technical Sales: Move beyond simple transactions to provide consultative solutions for pressure vessels (ASME/UL), heat exchangers, and firefighting storage.Lead the Bid: Drive the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they meet both client needs and international standards.Bridge the Gap: Work closely with our production team at the 10th of Ramadan plant to ensure what we sell is what we deliver—on time and to spec.What You BringEducational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.The Experience: 3–7 years in industrial sales, specifically within steel fabrication or heavy equipment.Technical Fluency: You understand steel grades, fabrication codes (ASME VIII, ...), and steel fabrication processes.Market Knowledge: You have existing contacts who can help you develop business in any of the mentioned sectors.Location: Ideally based in East Cairo, Sharkia, Ismailia, or Suez for a sustainable and balanced commute to our facility.Why Join Us?This isn't just a role to fill in.
