Our extensive product offerings also include coffee to pair perfectly with freshly baked goods, ensuring something for everyone.Role DescriptionThe selected candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing product discoverability, and managing day-to-day storefront operations across major online marketplaces. This role focuses on mastering marketplace algorithms, managing A+ content, overseeing FBA/FBM (or equivalent platform fulfillment models) inventory, and executing high-ROI retail media ads to win the "Buy Box" and scale digital sales.Key ResponsibilitiesStorefront & Catalog Management: Own the creation, maintenance, and optimization of the brand’s entire digital catalog. Ensure optimal product titles, bullet points, backend keywords, and high-quality image/video assets.Buy Box & Pricing Strategy: Monitor pricing daily to ensure competitiveness, prevent unauthorized third-party sellers from hijacking listings, and maintain ownership of the "Buy Box."Fulfillment & Inventory Operations: Manage inventory health by tracking weeks of supply. Oversee shipments to marketplace fulfillment centers (e.g., Fulfillment by Amazon - FBA) to prevent stockouts and avoid costly long-term storage fees.Retail Media & PPC Advertising: Plan and execute on-platform paid advertising (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display). Monitor bids, optimize keywords, and manage budgets to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).Review & Reputation Management: Monitor customer reviews and Q&A sections. Implement strategies to improve product ratings and address negative customer feedback promptly to protect brand health.Qualifications & RequirmentsBachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.Minimum of 2–3 years of direct experience managing brand accounts on Amazon (Vendor Central or Seller Central), Tmart, or equivalent localized mass marketplaces.Demonstrated success in scaling a brand's Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and improving organic search rankings on a major marketplace.Marketplace SEO: Deep understanding of how marketplace search algorithms work (e.g., Amazon’s A9/A10 algorithm).Proven ability to conduct keyword research and embed search terms to drive organic traffic.Fulfillment Logistics: Strong operational knowledge of marketplace logistics models: First-Party (1P/Vendor), Third-Party (3P/Seller), Platform-Fulfilled (FBA/Drop-ship), and Merchant-Fulfilled (FBM).Advertising Mastery: Practical experience running marketplace PPC campaigns, handling match types (Broad, Phrase, Exact), negative keywords, and budget allocation.Data Analysis: Ability to pull and interpret complex reports from marketplace analytics dashboards (e.g., Amazon Brand Analytics, Tmart merchant center).Advanced Excel: Mastery of Excel (Nested IF statements, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Filters) to analyze profitability, margins, and advertising performance.4.
