This role is ideal for someone who knows how to build relationships, generate opportunities, and consistently close high-value deals.Important: Applications from candidates without previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Creative Agency, Media Agency, or Content Production Studio will not be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.Generate qualified leads through personal networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and outbound sales activities.Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and recommend suitable marketing solutions.Present GrooHub's services professionally and confidently.Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.Negotiate and close deals.Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of proven sales experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Creative Agency, Media Agency, or Content Production Studio.Strong understanding of:Digital MarketingSocial Media ManagementContent ProductionVideo ProductionBrandingPerformance MarketingExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong business development and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.Professional English communication is preferred.Additional RequirementsStrong professional network and existing business relationships within the Egyptian market.Proven ability to generate qualified leads independently through personal networks, referrals, LinkedIn, networking events, and business development activities.Ability to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline without relying solely on company-generated leads.Existing relationships with business owners and decision-makers are considered a strong advantage.Self-motivated, proactive, and highly results-oriented.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary.Attractive commission of up to 10% based on achieved sales and the company's commission policy.Performance-based bonuses.Career growth opportunities.Continuous training and professional development.A dynamic, ambitious, and collaborative work environment.Why Join GrooHub?At GrooHub, you'll join a fast-growing company that combines marketing strategy, creative production, and business growth under one roof.
