Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Product Specialist to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B software sales, product positioning, client relationship management, and revenue growth strategies. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive customer acquisition and expand market presence.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospective B2B clients.Identify customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions.Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve product positioning and customer engagement.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.Provide customer feedback to support product improvements and innovation.Requirements & Job Details:Experience Required: 5+ years in B2B Software SalesBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fieldStrong understanding of SaaS/software solutions and sales methodologiesProven track record of achieving sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsExperience with CRM platforms and sales toolsStrong client relationship management skillsAbility to work effectively within a team environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities
