Manage customer relationships and understand their needs to deliver excellent service.Prepare export sales orders based on customer requirements.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing and on-time delivery.Handle and review export documentation in compliance with international regulations.Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.Drive continuous improvement in sales and service processes. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in export or international trade.Excellent communication, negotiation.Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics processes.Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market data.Proficiency in MS Office suite and SAP S4/HANA.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
