This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting prospect meetings, and presenting HeadMost’s HR outsourcing solutions to potential clients. The Senior Sales Specialist will manage the full sales cycle, including needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM. Daily activities include building and nurturing long-term client relationships, coordinating closely with HR and operations teams to align service offerings with client requirements, and providing regular sales forecasts and performance reports. The role also involves mentoring junior sales team members, contributing to sales strategies, and representing HeadMost at client meetings, events, and industry gatherings.QualificationsStrong Sales and Sales Management skills, with proven experience in B2B or HR outsourcing sales and managing a sales pipeline.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and maintain long-term client relationships.Background in HR outsourcing, HR services, or related professional services is highly preferred.Strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.Comfort using CRM tools and standard office productivity software.Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is highly beneficial.
