Role Overview The Senior Social Media Specialist will be responsible for owning Town Team’s social media presence end-to-end, ensuring consistent brand tone, strong engagement, and commercial impact. This role requires a balance of strategy, execution, trend awareness, and performance tracking across all platforms. Key Responsibilities ● Develop and execute monthly social media plans aligned with marketing campaigns, launches, and sales periods ● Manage Town Team’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms ● Lead content ideation in collaboration with the Reels Content Creator and design team ● Write captions that reflect Town Team’s bold, youthful, and confident tone of voice ● Monitor trends, formats, sounds, and challenges relevant to fashion retail and Gen Z ● Manage posting schedules, community management, and inbox moderation ● Coordinate with influencers and support campaign rollouts ● Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions) and prepare reports ● Optimize content based on insights and platform performance ● Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints Requirements 4–6 years of experience in social media management (fashion or retail is a strong plus) Proven experience managing high-volume content calendars Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms Excellent copywriting skills in Arabic and English Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability Experience working with performance data and analytics tools Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate with junior team members Strong time management and ability to work under pressure
