Job Summary – Senior Software Project ManagerWe are looking for a Senior Software Project Manager to join our team and lead software projects from planning to successful delivery. The role requires close collaboration with development teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background with solid experience in software project management, preferably having started their career path as a Software Developer.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage software projects throughout the full project lifecycle.Coordinate with developers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Define project scope, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.Identify risks and provide effective solutions to project challenges.Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.Ensure project quality standards and best practices are maintained.Requirements:4+ years of experience in Software Project Management.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is a must.Preferred to have started career path as a Software Developer.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical environments.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Location: On-siteHiring Status: Immediate Hiring
