Beko Corporate is hiring Senior Specialist - Field Quality EngineerResponsibilities: Analyze customer complaints and warranty claims.Monitor product performance in real-use conditions.Conduct field visits to service centers and customers when required.Lead structured problem-solving using 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone diagrams.Identify true root causes, not just symptoms.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.Track and validate effectiveness of implemented solutions.Work with Manufacturing, R&D, and After-sales teams.Act as the Voice of the Customer.Prepare reports on failure rates and defect trends.Use Excel (mandatory) and Power BI (preferred).Propose improvements based on field data.Reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).Work Location: 10th of Ramadan SharqiaQualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Material and Metallurgy Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering departmentsMinimum 3 years of experience in Quality Department of a production facility,Having experience in household, automotive or similar electrical appliances,Having experience in reading safety standards, regulations, and adapting to the related product group,Knowing MS Office Programs,Excellent verbal and written skills in English,Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs,Following and adopting the market trends and New Technologies,Outside-the-box thinking ability,Open to innovation culture,Flexible and open to new perspectives,A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,Being open to communication is always our priority.Focus on CustomerCommunication and interpersonal skills.Analytical thinking and problem-solving.Ability to work under pressure.Presentation skills.
