The role involves leading the design, analysis, and coordination of structural steel systems across complex building projects, with strong multidisciplinary collaboration throughout all project stages.Key ResponsibilitiesLead structural steel design from concept to construction stages.Perform analysis and design of gravity and lateral steel systems.Deliver efficient, code-compliant, and coordinated design solutions.Coordinate with architects, MEP, façade, and other disciplines.Prepare and review calculations, reports, specifications, and submissions.Design and review steel connections with consideration for fabrication and erection.Ensure constructability and integration with overall building systems.Participate in value engineering and cost optimization.Support construction activities and respond to RFIs.Review shop drawings and technical submittals.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering.7–12 years of experience in structural steel design (consultancy).Strong knowledge of AISC, Eurocode, or BS standards.Experience in high-rise, commercial, or complex steel structures.Proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, RAM, IDEA Statica, or similar.Strong coordination, communication, and BIM awareness.Kind Note:* While we carefully review all applications, only candidates meeting the specified requirements will be contacted for further consideration.
