This full-time, on-site role is based in Qesm El Doki, where you will be responsible for preparing cost estimations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, liaising with clients, and supporting business development efforts. The position also requires performing detailed evaluations of subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure optimal cost and solution delivery.🔧 𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 ✅ Review and analyse tender and prequalification documents ✅ Prepare BOQs and cost estimates based on project scope ✅ Send and follow up on RFQs with vendors and subcontractors ✅ Evaluate technical/commercial offers and prepare comparison sheets ✅ Lead bid clarifications and pre/post-bid meetings ✅ Coordinate with project teams for smooth handovers ✅ Maintain detailed tender records and databases ✅ Saudi market experience ✅ solid experience in the substation field 🎓 𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 ✔️Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering ✔️7+ years of experience in tendering, especially in substations ✔️Fluent in English ✔️Proficient in MS Office tools ✔️Excellent communication and analytical skills🔹𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: ✔️ Experience in digital systems integration (SCADA, PLC, BMS) ✔️ Knowledge of utility, industrial, and infrastructure tendering processes ✔️ Awareness of regional market pricing and competitor landscape
