Providing our partners with solutions that would help them deliver value to their customers and make us the No. 1 market leader in instant delivery.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute courier acquisition strategies to meet daily and peak demand targetsMonitor courier supply metrics (active couriers, churn, utilization, onboarding funnel)Coach, motivate, and performance-manage the supply team in the fieldLead and manage the on-ground supply acquisition team responsible for courier recruitmentOversee end-to-end courier onboarding, including document verification and activationEnsure adequate courier availability across assigned zones and shiftsCoordinate closely with operations, fleet, and training teamsIdentify supply gaps, attrition risks, and implement retention initiativesEnsure compliance with company policies and local regulationsPrepare regular reports on supply performance and acquisition resultsRequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience+5 years of experience in Supply acquisition, field operations, or supply managementProven experience leading on-ground or field teamsStrong understanding of last-mile logistics or delivery operationsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsData-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs
